Served by three Class I railroads, CSX, FEC, and Norfolk Southern

  Port - 3 Marine Terminals which encompass more than 1,000 acres
  • Blount Island - 867 acres - 38 ft depth - 600,000 TEU's annually, and is one of the largest vehicle import-export centers on the East Coast.
  • Talleyrand Marine Terminal - 173 acres - Handles South American and Caribbean containerized cargo, breakbulk commodities such as steel and paper, imported automobiles, frozen and chilled goods and liquid bulk commodities.
  • Dames Point Marine Terminal - 560 acres - 38 ft depth - the newest marine facility with about 14 acres having been improved to receive bulk cargoes.

 

  Jacksonville International Airport

In the year 2000 air cargo operators moved more than 134 million pounds of air cargo through Jacksonville International Airport. JIA Foreign Trade Zone has 143 acres for use on demand and experienced FTZ operators. JAXPORT has covered air cargo space at the airport of 215,000 sq ft.
